Bowen Level I and II Application
All Instructors are Advanced Bowen Therapists
The beginning seminar in Bowen Therapy teaches the widely popular Australian technique. Over the three-day period, the basic Bowen moves are presented in a hands-on atmosphere where student participation is encouraged. Emphasis is placed on reading the body, and learning how Bowen’s philosophy is individualized to each client. Students receive a manual written by Bowen Therapy Training,Inc. and a 22-hour merit certificate are awarded at the end of the class. This is a prerequisite for certification and advanced BTT seminars.

Gene Hummel is a successful naturopathic physician who manages a busy practice in Barberton, Ohio. He learned Bowen Therapy in 1994 and was an instructor for Bowen Therapy International since 1998, having taught throughout the United States.

Manuals used are written by Linda Neff in an effort to remove mistakes by other manuals of the past. With detailed illustrations explaining and defining each move, these notebooks form a complete adjunct to Dr. Hummel's and other instructors instruction, and provide the students with a complete reference guide for their practice. DVD's are available for students completeing the course.
